Restoring Function, Redefining Possibility
Restoring Function, Redefining Possibility
We offer a wide range of physical therapy services to help you recover from a neurologic injury to improve your mobility, coordination, balance, strength, and functional independence.
We specialize in the treatment of both children and adults with dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, BPPV, and other vestibular conditions. We use specialized exercises tailored to reduce dizziness, improve balance and walking, as well as return to sport.
Wellness services aimed at promoting overall health and well-being are tailored for individuals with a neurologic condition. Our physical therapist is dedicated to helping you maintain an active lifestyle through preventive care and fitness programs. We believe that wellness is an essential part of recovery, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Caryn Keller, PT, DPT, NCS, is the owner and physical therapist at Springs Neuro & Balance Physical Therapy. She is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Caryn is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to help you achieve your rehabilitation goals.
We provide 1-on-1 physical therapy sessions conducted only by a licensed physical therapist. There are no physical therapy assistants guiding you through your therapy. You will receive a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.
Our physical therapist is trained to tailor rehabilitation services to the pediatric and adolescent populations. Your child or adolescent will receive an age appropriate and individualized treatment program designed to maximize engagement and fun while reaching their rehabilitation goals.
In Colorado, direct access physical therapy means that you can see a licensed physical therapist without needing a referral from a physician or other healthcare provider. This allows you to seek evaluation and treatment directly, leading to quicker access to care and faster recovery times.
Understanding that every patient has unique needs, Springs Neuro & Balance Physical Therapy offers hybrid therapy options. While our sessions are primarily clinic-based, we also provide flexible services that may include visits in your home, on the sports field, or at personal gyms.
Our clinic is conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs at 525 E Fountain Blvd suite 150, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA.
Springs Neuro & Balance Physical Therapy offers outpatient neurologic and vestibular physical therapy, private 1:1 rehabilitation sessions, and wellness services tailored to individual needs.
Caryn Keller is a Neurologic Clinical Specialist certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. A graduate of Northeastern University with a doctorate in physical therapy, she has 15 years of experience in neurologic and vestibular physical therapy.
Caryn’s passion for neurologic rehabilitation was inspired during her internship at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, working with patients with severe traumatic brain injury and the minimally conscious. While working at NYU Langone Health’s Rusk Rehabilitation, she developed her expertise working in all neurologic practice settings, including vestibular rehabilitation. While at Roper Rehabilitation Hospital in South Carolina, she launched an outpatient vestibular rehabilitation program, at the same time continuing her work as a member of the stroke and traumatic brain injury inpatient rehabilitation teams.
In 2021, Caryn joined the Children's Hospital of Colorado Springs where she provided pediatric vestibular rehabilitation services. She was an integral team member in the development of a physical therapy- and audiology-led pediatric vestibular screening program. While a primary clinician on the concussion team, she was recognized by the multidisciplinary care team as an expert in providing vestibular rehabilitation for those with concussion and brain injury.
In 2024, Caryn opened Springs Neuro & Balance Physical Therapy, offering patient-centered and direct access physical rehabilitation and wellness services to the adult and pediatric neurologic community.
In addition to providing life-changing patient care in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation, Caryn has developed continuing medical education courses on vestibular rehabilitation and has served as a presenter and content expert on specialty topics of vestibular rehabilitation for concussion. She was recently published in the Topics in Vestibular Physical Therapy Newsletter, January 2024 Winter Edition, by the ANPT Vestibular Rehabilitation Special Interest Group.

Large medical institutions often charge high service and facility fees for physical therapy visits. Often times, even with the use of commercial insurance, patients will pay hundreds of dollars per session if their deductible has not yet been met. At Springs Neuro & Balance, you will receive higher quality, evidenced-based care. This reduces the total number of treatment sessions and expenses needed to achieve your goals.
Ready to take the first step towards recovery? Schedule your appointment at Springs Neuro & Balance Physical Therapy today! We look forward to working with you on your path to improved health and well-being.
